energy transition projects

Helping what matters most: People and Planet

Australia is experiencing a housing crisis

"[Australia housing] prices and rents are growing faster than wages, rental vacancies are near all-time lows, 169,000 households are on public housing waiting lists, 122,000 people are experiencing homelessness and projected housing supply is very low.  Only 172,000 dwellings were completed in 2023 – the lowest annual number of completions in the past decade. ... Social housing and affordable housing is essential infrastructure. It reduces homelessness, supports economic productivity and labour market participation, and fosters more cohesive communities."

WHAT WE DO

Cloverleaf Impact Capital is a long-term community housing and residential energy transition developer, financier and asset manager. We combine equality and equity in our investments

CAPITAL

We arrange equity and mezzanine debt in Community Housing and related Energy Transition projects. These projects must:

  • create a social impact for the communities they serve; and

  • earn minimum hurdle rates of returns commensurate with each project's risks.

STRATEGIC ADVICE

We are driven to make a social impact in Community Housing and the decarbonisation of housing. We find we best achieve this by helping our partners deliver the strategic opportunity at hand. We also bring a competitive drive to help win or make a project feasible.

DEBT STRUCTURING AND ARRANGING

A project's capital structure either cohesively works together or contains financing risk. We cohesively structure the "capital stack" to help achieve certainty of finance and the most  competitive cost of funds.
